Holy cheese

Yes, I believe cheesy is the perfect word here.

oh man, the constitution is hanging by a thread people!

The meanie gotcha journalist gets me every time...

And you know, when faced with evil gun-toting liberals (wait a minute...), the best defense is a good ol' fashioned slingshot.

Anyway, I'll stop my sarcasm now.

  1. "The republic for which he leads"? Come on, people. If you're going to attempt a terrifying parody of the pledge of allegiance, at least let the grammar try to make sense.

  2. When I first saw this trailer, I thought it was a satire of the far right. I was sorely disappointed to find out it was a satire of the left. Jude MARX? Really subtle. And the part about staying on your own side of the border? This trailer just makes me sick.

  3. Most Mormon films inspire pity in me. This is the first that actually offends me.

Also, it's interesting to note that citizens in the Third Reich swore oaths of loyalty to the Führer, not to the country or the government. I wouldn't be surprised if the filmmakers actually knew that. What's that saying about arguments-- something about how the longer it goes on, the higher the odds get that someone will be compared to Hitler?
