ReplyDeleteWhen I first saw this trailer, I thought it was a satire of the far right. I was sorely disappointed to find out it was a satire of the left. Jude MARX? Really subtle. And the part about staying on your own side of the border? This trailer just makes me sick.

ReplyDeleteAlso, it's interesting to note that citizens in the Third Reich swore oaths of loyalty to the Führer, not to the country or the government. I wouldn't be surprised if the filmmakers actually knew that. What's that saying about arguments-- something about how the longer it goes on, the higher the odds get that someone will be compared to Hitler?
